The Foam Covered Vertical Ergonomic Grips are standard option grips from Top End. They will fit other handcycles as well. They are angled ergonomically and have a tight, thin coat of foam covering them for some comfort and friction to aid in grip.
These Vertical Ergonomic grips are the standard grip on Top End handcycles. It consists of a Delrin grip with bearings pressed into it, extending to the crank arm via an aluminum spindle. The ergonomic angle of this grip placement has proven to be at a comfortable angle for most riders.
The Tri-Pin grips from Top End is an excellent choice of grip for someone with limited grip strength. With this grip your hands are oriented in a horizontal position (palms down). Hands are slid in from the sides and the the rider's wrists are snugly held in place with two of the posts and the rider's fingers are wrapped around the forward post.
