Covid-19 and The Bike Rack

Biking has been ruled an essential activity and bike shops are essential businesses. Cycling for fitness, transportation and mental health is very important. 

For now we will be open our regular hours. 

There have been updates to our service check in process. Please see below 

We are taking steps to keep the community safe


We are taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC.gov)

We will limit the number of customers in our store to a maximum of 6 customers at one time to prevent overcrowding and allow for social distancing.

Our staff is washing their hands frequently. 

Please avoid shaking hands and practice "social distancing" of 6 feet, to help all of us stay healthy. 

Sick team members will be told to stay home, and if symptoms require it, get tested. So far there are very few cases in our area, and we want to help keep it that way.

Cleaning is one of the most important preventive measures we can take. We are stocked with the appropriate cleaning supplies. We are taking extra care to wipe down surfaces like door handles, light switches, faucets, counter tops, keyboards, touch screens, and bicycle handlebars and grips frequently.

We encourage anyone entering our store to use our disinfecting hand wipes.

Please do not visit us if you have a dry cough, shortness of breath and/or a fever.

We will make special accommodations for our vulnerable population. 

If you need help, we will make special accommodations such as One-on-One time outside of normal business hours, home delivery or pickup, or video conferencing. NO CONTACT BIKE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE CHECK-IN

Please fill out the provided forms and attach it to the handlebars or the cables of your bike. Leave your bike in the stand or, if it has a kickstand, near the table. One of our technicians will look over the bike and contact you with an estimate. Once the repairs are done, we will contact you to take payment over the phone. You can either have us deliver your bike to your car in our parking lot or we will deliver it toyour home within 20 miles of our store.
